Brian graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology before recieving his Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Andrews University.
Brian has worked in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine since 2002 and has extensive training and continued education in orthotic assesment and fabrication. He is also a certified Astym practitioner. Brian has developed expertise in biomechanical evaluation of everything from common everyday activities to complex sports movements like running, throwing, and golf swing mechanics. Brian has a functional-based treatment approach for injuries which involves finding the area of dysfunction and rectifying the cause through manual techniques and exercise to create optimal movement patterns.
As a life-long athlete at all levels of competition, Brian knows how important activity is to both physical and mental health. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, hiking, paddle boarding, and enjoying the Pacific Northwest with his wife, two kids, and their dog.
